Need your help....

OK, folks, I need you to help settle a dispute in our household. Can you please tell me....

is this a man, or a woman? And, what makes you think so?

Thank you very much.

A woman~ note the light blue in the base, the shirt, and the jacket are all the same shade. A man wouldn't be that coordinated...

Definitely a woman. The girly design on the lower third of "Pat" and those chicken arms are a dead giveaway.

First instinct - Man.
But, she sort of looks like the bag lady from that classic holiday film, "Home Alone 2 - Lost in NY".

I have to say MAN that top hat, I collect snow people and all of the girls seem to have holly or some kind of a flower on their hat. He has a blue and white vest and he looks like he

Its a dude.

I say a woman because of her red jacket and designs on her dress. Brendan says that it is a man because women don't wear top hats.

Its a girl, because of the shirt, guys don't wear their shirts like that. And she's holding a basket, guys don't use baskets. GIRL GIRL

Thanks for voting, everyone! I'm officially closing the polls, and not just because my vote is winning!

It's totally a guy - women don't wear tophats!

Thanks for vindicating me!

She represents an older woman - grandmother. She has girly swirls on her dress and a shirt/sweater to keep her warm. The tophat is a touch of whimsy and she's "practical". It's cold outside and she needs a hat. I do think the tophat is a "bit" more feminine than a traditional man's hat. The basket in her hand looks like a purse or a gift offering to a hostess she's visiting.
