Sound off....

Last night, we went to Dennis' parents for a big ol' turkey dinner, complete with all the trimmings. The dinner was great, but just like Thanksgiving, the best part is the leftovers.

Now, Dennis and I have differing opinions on the best way to have those leftovers. I'd like to put this one up to a vote.

Which would you rather have?

A hot, open-faced turkey sandwich on white bread with salt, pepper and gravy...

or, a cold turkey sandwich on white bread, with mayo, stuffing and cranberry sauce?

I won't disclose which sandwich belongs to whom, so as to not influence the voting.

Can't wait to see the results!

I am definitely going with the hot turkey sandwich! (I definitely know which one is Dennis' - part of being an Egan - but I won't disclose that either).

I am eager to see the results also.

With Capriotti's a hop-skip-and a jump down the hill and The Bobby right there anytime I want it - my vote is for the hot turkey-lurkey samich.

I'm tying it up, girls! Cold it is - no contest. I HATE soggy bread. XOXO

I'm for the open-faced hot turkey.

If its going to be hot then hold the bread. If its going to be cold hold the stuffing, salt and pepper. Just give me turkey and xtra mayo.

I stick with the left over pie... If I had to eat turkey two days in a row... I would prefer cold, salt, pepper and tons of stuffing.

I love hot left overs but when it comes to a turkey sandwich I prefer, cold turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce with butter and mayonaise.

Poppy and I are looking forward to Friday to go on the trick or treat walk with Matthew. With five children Dad and I have never been trick or treating together.

Update: I just had a leftover turkey sandwich (lettuce, mayo, cranberry sauce) with pickles. It was wonderful.

Kimmy - you are a brave woman taking your inlaws trick-or-treating with you. I would shoot myself.
So - when do you reveal who likes what - as if we can't tell?

OK, this is a tough choice as my answer would depend on my mood. However, since I have to pick I'd go with the cold sandwich.

Cold, for sure, minus the icky cranberry mess. That stuff is just nasty!

Hey, if someone else is preparing it, I'd take either one! Put me down for BOTH! :)
